Made some particle effects on four seasons check for collisions, so snow doesn't go through buildings for example.

If the server switches region, the game now waits until the match is over to kick you out of the match. So you get the rewards.

If a bot gets stuck, it now tries to unstuck itself.
Fixed the rays from the neon nightmare not tiling correctly.
Made the 3 shoots from the neon nightmare when not scope be more closer together.
Increased the volume of the neon nightmare shooting sound effect.

Instead of displaying the invalid auth message, it displays the ip-banned message if you're ip-banned.
The bug with kill assists not working properly sometimes with bots should be fixed now.
Slightly improved the accuracy of the steam revolver.
The old revolver and all of it's upgrades, now have a slightly better accuracy than the steam revolver.
Changed the assault machine gun to have the normal out of ammo sound effect.
